Payments, Delivery & Refunds

Buying from Saltford Coins has never been easier.

Simply search or select your desired category on the left, browse through pages or filter for a specific item grade/year etc. Then click on 'Add to Cart' to make your purchase.

Payments can be made by cheque, credit card, PayPal and taken securely over the phone.

Refunds

All purchases are offered on a 14 day return basis (from the date the item is received), with 100% refund. For Overseas (Non UK) customers Purchases are offered with a 16 day Return basis, with 100% refund.

We are open to accept telephone orders 9am to 8pm, 7 days per week. Coins will only be sent postal, as the business is mail order only.

Postage terms are as follows:

UK

• Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.00
• Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (Insured value up to £50) - £4.00
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1pm (Insured value up to £2500) - £10.00

Rest of World

• Overseas delivery (Non Uk), insured = £14.00 up to insured limits applicable.

High value orders subject to agreement on insurance and delivery requirement. If in the unlikely event coins are returned, these must be returned appropriately insured, if you do not the responsibility lies with you.
